Michy Batshuayi scored a hat-trick for Chelsea as they crushed Nottingham Forest 5-1 in the third round of the Carabao Cup.
The Belgian was assisted by his compatriot, Eden Hazard, who shone in his return to the Blues starting line-up.
Sloppy defending and a inch-perfect cross from Antonio Rudiger allowed Kenedy to open the scoring after thirteen minutes.
Hazard then set up Batshuayi for his first goal before Charly Musonda Jr made it 3-0 with five minutes left in the half.
Antonio Conte's side were four goals in front of the 53rd minute mark when Hazard unselfishly squared the ball to Batshuayi who only had to tap the ball into a keeper-less net.
Kenedy had his late shot bounce off the bar, only for the rebound to fall literally into Batshuayi's lap and into the goal.
