Nacho Monreal produced a piece of absolute quality in his kitchen on Sunday.

The Arsenal left-back wanted to avoid bending over to save his back after dropping an orange out of his fridge and onto the floor.

Monreal flicks the orange directly back into the compartment in a ludicrous piece of control from the Spaniard.
