Manchester City have paid tribute to star striker Sergio Aguero by releasing a montage of the 100 Premier League goals he has scored for the club.

Aguero, who has now reached 102 league goals, has been one of the most prolific strikers in Europe over the past few years and the 27-year-old boasts a stunning record of 136 goals in only 207 matches in all competitions for City.

The Argentine superstar recently grabbed his 100th Premier League goal for the Citizens and as a tribute, the club has released a video of his first 100 strikes in the English top flight via their official Youtube channel.

Aguero became the second fastest player in history to notch a century of goals with the milestone taking him 147 games to reach, 23 behind Newcastle United legend Alan Shearer (124 games).

In scoring against Newcastle United in a 1-1 draw last month, the former Atletico Madrid star became just the 25th player to reach 100 goals since the inception of the Premier League in 1992.
