Crystal Palace manager Neil Warnock admits he would 'love' to have AS Roma defender Ashley Cole at his club.
Rumours have been swirling about the former Arsenal and Chelsea left-back joining the Eagles on loan in January and although it is a highly unlikely scenario, Warnock believes he would be a great addition at Selhurst Park.
"I'd definitely have him [Cole]," Warnock told the Croydon Advertiser.
"Absolutely, I'd have him tomorrow if I could. I don't think it will happen - but I would have him, I think he is super."
33-year old former England international Cole had a loan spell with Palace in 1999/2000 while he was with Arsenal but a return to south London is not on the cards after his agent David Mannaseh stated his client was happy in Italy and only focusing on his career with Roma.
