Warnock wants Palace to re-sign Man Utd winger Zaha

Former Crystal Palace boss Neil Warnock would like to see Manchester United winger Wilfried Zaha return to Selhurst Park.

Zaha is expected to be made available for loan in January.

Warnock told the London Evening Standard: "I don't think it was United's intention to not play Zaha this season but this kid, Adnan Januzaj, has been a revelation.

"I hope United loan him back for the rest of the season in January. It would be a massive plus for Palace to have him back.

"He would play his heart out. I would imagine they're already planning that, the only problem is clubs in better positions will want him and United may not want him to be involved in a relegation scrap.

"I don't think that it would do him any harm because he knows the situation and will give him half a season in the top flight in familiar surroundings, which will be a big help for a young player."
