Warnock seen in talks with Leeds boss Bates

Neil Warnock has held talks with Leeds United chairman Ken Bates.

The Sun says the pair met outside Bates' favourite cafe along with Whites chief executive Shaun Harvey.

Arriving at 12.30pm, they sipped coffee and wine at the Cafe de Paris in the centre of Monte Carlo - just minutes away from the home of the Leeds owner.

And the odds on Warnock succeeding Simon Grayson in the Elland Road hotseat tumbled last night to as low as 10/1 ON.

Leeds are desperate for promotion this season but have slipped to 11th in the Championship table - six points off the play-offs.
