Stephen Warnock has warned Blackburn Rovers teammates they're not too good to go down.

The fullback said: "We should be where we are because that is where we are. You are never too good to go down.

"You only have to look at the West Ham team that went down years ago with the likes of Cole, Carrick, Defoe. You can carry on through the list of players that went down.

"They were England internationals. Anyone who thinks you can be good enough not to go down is wrong.

"No one agrees with that at the club and we understand we are in a bad position. We know we should have won games but we haven't won games and that is why we are in this position."
