Crystal Palace fullback Joel Ward insists the players haven't lost their focus despite managerial upheaval.
Keith Millen remains in charge, while Palace scour the country to find a replacement for ex-boss Tony Pulis.
Eagles defender Ward said: "Obviously not having a manager is unsettling, but the majority of players have been in this situation at some point, so we've just got to get on with it.
"Whoever the new manager may be, we'll just do our best. In the meantime, Keith has taken over, so hopefully we can still put up some results.
"Last year we had a good run of games and there's no reason why it can't happen this time."
