Crystal Palace fullback Joel Ward is backing Dwight Gayle to continue his goalscoring form.
Following a hat-trick against Walsall in the Capital One Cup and the opener at Newcastle after just 30 seconds recently, Gayle could see Premier League new boys Burnley as ideal opposition.
"Gayley is a poacher, we see it day in, day out, it's unbelievable and he's one of the best finishers I've seen," he told the Croydon Advertiser.
"When he had that chance early on at Newcastle, you knew it was going in. He works hard and he does a lot of finishing after training.
"He stays out and makes sure his technique is right, left foot and right foot. In those clinical times you know he's going to at least work the keeper or put in the back of the net.
"The gaffer knows what he wants and what he wants to get from the players. It's still early days but we worked on things and he'll bring in his own style and play."
