Aston Villa striker Darren Bent wants to return to London this summer.

Last week the club's hierarchy agreed with Bent and his representatives that they would listen to offers for £24 million record signing, says the Sunday Mercury.

Fulham have shown an interest in the 29-year-old but Villa are looking for almost double the £4m the Cottagers are willing to pay.
