Walter Montoya delighted with Sevilla move

Walter Montoya is delighted with his move to Sevilla.

He arrives as a replacement for Hiroshi Kiyotake, who has been sold to Cerezo Osaka.

Montoya said: "I'm very happy and grateful to Sevilla for giving me this opportunity. This was the best option for me - I like the city and it's an important step forward in my career. I had it very clear about what I wanted and I accepted Sevilla's offer even though I didn't know at the time whether I would be able to be registered or not before June.

"I'm a right winger, I feel comfortable playing out on the wing and I love playing in attack.

"They have a great squad and a great coach. I want to learn from all of them, every day, because I am still only 23 and I have a lot to learn."
