Wales coach Coleman keen on Palace job

Wales coach Chris Coleman is in the frame for the Crystal Palace job.

The Mirror says Palace old boy Coleman has emerged as a contender to take over the vacant manager's job at Selhurst Park.

Coleman, 43, is currently in charge of Wales' national team, but his future in the role remains unclear, and Palace - now the Premier League's bottom club after just one win in nine games so far - are set to swoop.

Former Fulham, Real Sociedad and Coventry manager Coleman made 190 appearances for Palace in the mid-1990s and is said to be keen on a return.
