Winger Theo Walcott is on the verge of a return from a back injury.
The Arsenal star could be fit for the clash with Fulham at Craven Cottage this Saturday despite not having played a game this season.
The 20-year old has had an injection in his lower back in a bid to fast track his recovery and if he takes his place against Fulham and continues to gain fitness over the next few weeks, it could hold him in good stead to be selected by England manager Fabio Capello for World Cup qualifiers against Ukraine and Belarus next month.
