Theo Walcott looks set to stay with Arsenal after holding amicable talks with boss Arsene Wenger on Wednesday, reports BBC Sport. The 23-year-old's contract expires in 2013 and he has yet to sign a new deal.
He has reportedly indicated he wants to stay at the Emirates and although he could leave for nothing next summer, there is optimism an agreement can be reached.
The England forward met Wenger following the Gunners training on Wednesday after it emerged the player had rejected an improved five-year deal worth £75,000 a week.
