Arsenal winger Theo Walcott hailed the influence of Robin van Persie for their FA Cup win over Aston Villa.

Walcott also paid tribute to Van Persie, after the striker claimed his 24th and 25th goals in all competitions this season.

"He's the captain and he just showed again how much he believes in this team and how much he wants to win this competition. He knows that we have got it in us, we have all got it in us," he told arsenal.com.

"Hopefully something came out of us today that we can turn into Premier League form, which hasn't been great lately. Hopefully our luck has changed now."
