Theo Walcott is expected to stay behind as Arsenal fly out of England for their pre-season tour of the USA on Wednesday morning.
The 25-year old winger has been sidelined since rupturing his anterior cruciate ligament in the FA Cup third round win over Tottenham in January and will continue his return to fitness in London.
Arsene Wenger will take a squad to the US tomorrow as the Gunners get set to take on Thierry Henry's New York Red Bulls on the weekend but Walcott will stay back in a bid to be fit for full training by the end of August.
