Arsenal attacker Theo Walcott is happy to have settled his contract drama.

Walcott is delighted to have sorted out his new contract and end a saga which he admits was affecting his football.

He said: "It was a difficult process. It was on my mind too much. My dad was always on the phone and my fiancee Mel as well.

"The last three games before it got sorted were very difficult. At times it was putting me off my game, it might not have shown, but it definitely did.

"Thankfully I got through that and can now concentrate."
