VVV Venlo chief Hai Berden says striker Michael Uchebo's move to Stoke City is close to being sealed.

Stoke are in talks about signing the Nigeria striker and loaning him back to VVV for the remainder of the season in January.

"With the transfer to Stoke City for Uchebo we are at an advanced stage," said Berden. "But the possibility exists that we hire him again."
