VVV Venlo have shelved hopes of signing Fulham striker Danny Hoesen.
The young Dutchman has been the subject of a bid from VVV, but it fell short of Fulham's valuation.
"They gave us a counter proposal but at that asking price, we cannot do anything. This sum is beyond us," emphasised technical manager Wim Dusseldorp.
