Former CSKA Sofia defender Nikola Vujadinovic is delighted with his move this week to Udinese.

"I know that I have joined an important club," Vujadinovic stated on entering the Stadio Friuli.

"Udinese have an enormous tradition and have been playing in Europe for a long time.

"I will fight to prove that this is the right place for me. But I'm still young because I only turned 22 six days ago - time is on my side.

"It was always my dream to come and play in Italy - I've been following Italian football since I was nine."
