Crystal Palace are moving for VitoriaGuimaraes striker Amido Balde.
Palace have a made a bid for the Celtic target.
Vitoria president Julio Mendes said: "Our obligation is to obtain the maximum profit for the club and if Palace offers more money it would be an error not to study the offer."
