Vitesse Arnhem are ready to wrap up a loan deal for Chelsea midfielder Lucas Piazon.
The Daily Star says he is set to become the latest Chelsea starlet to head to Vitesse Arnhem on loan.
The 19-year-old Brazilian midfielder could follow Blues team-mates Patrick van Aanholt and Gael Kakuta in joining the Dutch club.
