Vitesse Arnhem coach Henk Fraser was able to see the lighter side of Fankaty Dabo's incredible own goal in defeat to FC Groningen.
The on-loan Chelsea defender stunned Europe with his stunning OG - put past goalkeeper Jeroen Houwen making his Vitesse debut.
Fraser concedes he was angry with Dabo afterwards, as the goal leveled the scores at 2-2 before Groningen went onto win 4-2.
"On the field, I said a bit, and after the game you have a chat, but today I have chosen to keep quiet," said the trainer to FOX Sports.
"It was annoying. Normally he does not make that distance with his left leg, a decent tap, but then they came back from 1-2, we didn't think we were certain to win the game - but we were in control."
Houwen, meanwhile, admits he regretted claiming he allowed the ball to beat him as he had already been booked and feared a red card for catching a back pass.
"A goalkeeper is always under a magnifying glass, that one mistake is inexcusable, and a keeper is dealt with, which is exactly what happens to me now. There is little room for nuance."
"In a flash, I made a decision, I thought I would get a real red, which was wrong," the 21-year-old goalkeeper now says. "I regret that statement in the media, the whole situation was new to me, so I have to go through the criticism now."
