Vitesse Arnhem are up for sale, according to Dutch sources.
De Gelderlander says current owner Alexander Chygrynskiy is planning to change clubs, with Real Mallorca and Malaga linked.
Chygrynskiy is close to Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich, who was linked with a takeover of Mallorca last week.
Abramovich has helped Vitesse gain a new sponsor in Truphone this month and Chelsea retain close links with the Dutch club. It was announced this week that Chelsea would spend a week this preseason at Vitesse.
