Vitesse Arnhem football chief Ted van Leeuwen insists there's no formal arrangement with Chelsea.

Vitesse have taken several players on-loan from Chelsea over the last two seasons.

"Vitesse has a relationship with Chelsea? We work well together, nothing more. This season we have two players on loan: Ulises Dávila and Tomas Kalas. Last season there were Matej Delac, Matic and Rajkovic,'' said Van Leeuwen.

''Sometimes we loan from PSV, Ajax, Arsenal and Schalke 04, then Chelsea. I can also imagine that we'll do business with HSV (Hamburg). I know Frank Arnesen, which is good.

"I cannot deny that the ties with Chelsea are close.

"Chelsea have helped us, for example, designing a new youth complex. We play practice matches against them. So it works, there seems nothing wrong with that."
