Vitesse Arnhem are facing investigation over their relationship with Chelsea.
Chelsea have been accused by the Dutch club's former owner Merab Jordania of exerting influence on Vitesse Arnhem to prevent their Dutch partner-club from qualifying for the Champions League.
The Daily Mail says Vitesse issued a statement which strongly rejected Jordania's claims, but the KNVB (the Dutch FA) called on the Eredivisie club to explain more clearly their ownership structure.
