Aston Villa winger Ashley Young feels primed for a big season.
He told Villa's website: "Villa paid a lot of money for me and I feel I justified the fee at the end of the season as I began to blossom.
"Our new £13million training facilities are amazing. You can tell the club is moving on and want to get into Europe.
"I've not seen anything like it anywhere I've been. It is one of the best in the country.
"It will help to attract new players and I did speak about it to Nigel Reo-Coker when we were with England.
"He brings a lot of qualities to the team. Being captain of West Ham and the England Under-21 side he has leadership qualities.
"Being a centre midfielder he goes to box to box. He has energy, drive and will to win. That is good for everyone.
"We are geared to be a top-six club on and off the field. It was one of the reasons why I joined Villa. The other was the manager. I asked several people about him and not one had a bad word to say about him.
"I just wanted to come to Villa and work under a manager like Martin O'Neill. He gets the best out his players."
