Aston Villa winger Ashley Young says being involved with the England senior squad is improving him as a player.
"Just training with the national team can only help me continue to develop as a player. But like every other player in the squad I want to play and I'd love to get a chance in these two games.
"I played for the Under-21s in the summer in a major tournament and it was an amazing experience. Things went well for me and I came into this season with loads of confidence."
Young, who has started the season impressively for Villa, added: "I was delighted to keep my place in the England squad. It's always nice to be picked for your country. Now I can hopefully show what I've been doing for Villa and maybe get into the team.
"The fact that I was involved last month makes this even more special. I know what it's all about now, so I'll join up with the squad full of confidence."
