Aston Villa striker Luke Moore will join newly-promoted West Brom this week for £3.5m.

The England under-21 international spent the final stages of last season on loan at The Hawthorns, helping the side win the Championship title and is set to make the deal a permanent one.

Moore is expected to sign a four-year deal contract.
