Aston Villa defender Martin Laursen has urged teammates not to let their chance of Champions League qualification slip this season.
The defender said: "We have played brilliantly. But there are still plenty of games to go and if we get carried away and think we can qualify for the Champions League, we will lose focus on the next game.
"That's always the most important thing. We still have four months to go."
The Denmark star, who last week agreed a new two-and-a-half-year Villa contract, insists the club are not yet strong enough to break the Big Four's stranglehold.
He said: "The Big Four are still very big so if we could stay where we are now and go into Europe that would still be a massive achievement."
