Aston Villa defender Martin Laursen is hopeful of a good draw in today's UEFA Cup qualifying pot.
Villa are in the hat for the ceremony in Nyon, Switzerland, after defeating Odense BK in the Intertoto Cup at the weekend, and they are joined by the likes of Deportivo de La Coruna, Besiktas, AEK Athens, Napoli, Red Star Belgrade and Stuttgart.
Laursen said: "We had a big crowd for the Odense game so you can see that the fans are hungry for European football.
"The players also want a good run in the UEFA Cup and we have now moved a step closer.
"Many of our players had never played in European competitions before so they have had a taste of it now. We all want much more."
