Karim El Ahmadi reckons the asking price for Aston Villa teammate Christian Benteke has skyrocketed.

Benteke has just turned 22 - and is getting better, stronger and wiser every week.

El Ahmadi claimed: "Chris is one of the best strikers in the Premier League.

"There are games when he can be unplayable. Every week I am surprised by what he does and his ability.

"He is getting better every day. And he's what? Just turned 22? That's unbelievable. From the beginning he has been great for Aston Villa.

"How much is he worth now? I don't know about today's prices but this is a league which pays £40m and £50m for strikers. He can be priceless for us."
