Chelsea boss Andre Villas-Boas has reaffirmed he doesn't plan radical changes to his playing staff.
AVB insists he is happy with the squad he inherited from Ancelotti and has ruled out a massive overhaul.
He said: "Coming here is not a question of big, radical changes.
"I am excited by the challenge facing me and my technical staff. But those challenges are mainly solved by the players and their qualities.
"Everybody knows the expectations the world demands from a club of this magnitude. And I think we are on for a great season."
