Andre Villas-Boas slams Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich for his tendency to pull the trigger when sacking managers.
Following a poor start to the season, Jose Mourinho was relieved of his duties as manager of the West London club last month but many felt that the 52-year0old deserved more time as he had led the Blues to the title last season.
Former Chelsea boss Villas-Boas was left shocked at Mourinho's departure and has now slammed Abramovich for readily sacking managers at Stamford Bridge.
Villas-Boas said: "It's been quite incredible to see that it (being dismissed) was applied to everybody.
"It was applied to probably their dearest coach, their most successful coach, so in the end we have seen nothing different. Roman has sacked basically every coach that he's had.
"It's no different. It happened even to the best. The same criteria that he has applied to me, for Rafa Benitez, for all the other coaches, (Carlo) Ancelotti, he's applied to Jose as well."
