Chelsea boss Andre Villas-Boas admits they no longer hold the power when it comes to the transfer market. Chelsea spent £75million on Fernando Torres and David Luiz a year ago.
"One of them will be out of the Champions League, out of the FA Cup and out of the Carling Cup.
"One of them is going to miss out on their objectives.
"Do ambitious players go to City now instead of Chelsea? I don't know." Villas-Boas said: "Maybe in the past we had the spending power, but not how it was applied this season. It's a two-horse race for the title - but one of the Manchester teams is going to end up being extremely unsuccessful.
