Aston Villa striker Gabby Agbonlahor says he'll benefit from missing this summer's U21 European Championships.
Agbonlahor failed to respond to his call-up to the European Championships and was axed.
He said: "I got as much rest as the others in the end. Plenty of defenders know what I can do."
