Italy hero Giuseppe Rossi dedicated his brace to his family after last night's 3-1 Confederations Cup victory over the USA. The Villarreal striker came off the bench to hit two goals and said afterwards: "I am happy for the result and for the double.

"I dedicate my goals to my family who are watching the game on TV in America.

"When I came on the team were suffering. The USA are tough. They run and fight a lot, but in the second half they were tired.

"Now we can have a great tournament."
