Villarreal defender Diego Godin has hit out at Arsenal captain Cesc Fabregas.

Cesc complained about the constant taunting during Wednesday night's clash from Villarreal midfielder Sergio Eguren.

But Uruguay international Godin insisted: "Everyone who plays football knows that there is a code on the pitch and that what happens there stays there.

"I do not think anything good comes from players talking about what happens on the pitch."
