Villarreal striker Giuseppe Rossi is targeting Italy's Euros campaign.

Rossi is recovering from knee surgery.

"I dream that the European Championship can end for me in the same way that Totti's World Cup 2006 did," he said.

"Italy boss Cesare Prandelli knows what I can give to the team and what I can do on the pitch. I would like to give my contribution in this competition."
