Villarreal striker Joseba Llorente was stunned by his hat-trick heroics in last night's 6-3 victory over Champions League opponents Aalborg.

"I 'm very happy for that reason, but more because the team deserved the victory," Llorente said. "Aalborg showed they are a good team. At this level, if you allow any team to play, they will prove their quality.

"It's an important night for me. Not just with the victory and the goals, but I know that to score three goals at this level is very rare."
