Villarreal have rejected an offer from Atletico Madrid for striker Diego Forlan.
Atletico offered £11 million plus striker Mista in exchange for the Uruguay international, but Villarreal supremo Jose Manuel Llaneza said: "Villarreal are reluctant to sell Forlan. He can only leave for £16 million."
