Villarreal president Fernando Roig says coach Manuel Pellegrini will only leave for Real Madrid if they're prepared to pay his buyout clause.

"For foreign teams it's £2.5 million and domestic, I think £3 million," said Roig. "We must respect the terms. Contracts are there to be respected."

Chilean Pellegrini is the man Florentino Perez wants in charge of his Real Madrid.

The Yellow Submarines coach says he expects to be on the plane destined for Santiago on Tuesday - the day Madrid media say he will be presented as Real's new coach.
