Aston Villa midfielder Charles N'Zogbia is struggling to make the Premier League kickoff.
The Sun says N'Zogbia could miss the big kick-off on August 17 after injuring a foot while on holiday.
A club spokesman said: "We do not have the full details, but it is true Charles could miss the start of the season. We'll know more when we have assessed the injury properly."
