Derby County midfielder Jeff Hendrick won't get carried away with transfer rumours.

The Irish teen has been linked with Aston Villa and West Bromwich Albion in recent days.

"I haven't let myself get carried away," he told the Irish Herald. "I just focus on Saturday afternoon at 3pm and try to play better than I did the previous week.

"It's a level-headed club here and it's great having Mark O'Brien, another young lad from Dublin, in the team with me."
