Derek Boateng has opted to sign with Ukrainian club FC Dnipro instead of making the move to the Premier League.
The 28-year old Ghanaian midfielder was being tracked by both West Bromwich Albion and Aston Villa but has completed a move to Ukraine from Spain's Getafe.
The Baggies and Villa reportedly could not meet Getafe's demands and now Boateng has penned a five-year deal with Dnipro, linking up with former Tottenham boss Juande Ramos.
