Aston Villa boss Martin O'Neill is offering Nigel Reo-Coker to Tottenham in a swap for Tom Huddlestone.
The Mirror says O'Neill and Spurs boss Harry Redknapp have discussed a possible swap deal involving Reo-Coker for fellow midfielder Huddlestone.
Redknapp was interested in Londoner Reo-Coker, 25, in January and also tried to sign him while he was in charge of Portsmouth.
