Aston Villa, Tottenham and West Bromwich Albion target Yann M'Vila has extended his stay with French club Rennes.
The 20-year old France international was the subject of possible summer interest from the likes of Villa, Spurs and the Baggies but will now remain with Rennes after signing a contract extension.
The club released a statement on their official website that M'Vila had been retained after the club were reportedly deciding whether to keep the defensive midfielder or cash in on him.
