Aston Villa boss Martin O'Neill is reportedly targeting Ajax right-back Gregory van der Wiel.

The 22-year old Holland international could be in the English Premier League next season as Villa a replacement in the right-back position after the likely departure of Luke Young and Habib Beye.

Villa will be looking to get about £3.5million for the sale of Young which will help them in their pursuit of the Dutch Young Player of the Year who is expected to make the Holland World Cup squad.
