West Ham United striker Frederic Piquionne will remain at the club at least until the end of the season says co-owner David Gold.
The 32-year old Frenchman joined the Hammers in July this year and has been a shining light in an otherwise poor start to the season for the East Londoners.
Recent reports have linked the former Lyon and Monaco man with a January move to Aston Villa but Gold has insisted that he will not be going anywhere.
"He's not for sale," he stated. "This club is fighting for its life. It's got to change what it's been doing. For 30 years it's been selling its best players. That's got to stop."
