Villa target Manolev joins PSV Eindhoven

Aston Villa target Stanislav Manolev has joined Dutch club PSV Eindhoven.

The 23-year old Bulgarian has been a reported target for Villa but they lost the race for him when he signed a three-year deal with PSV.
